About these terms

These terms describe how you may use Adugu, a web application in beta. By creating an account or using Adugu, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Adugu.

What Adugu is

Adugu is informational software for navigating health-insurance information. It explains reviewed plan documents in plain language, shows where information came from, runs educational cost examples, and answers general questions.

What Adugu is not

• It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend care for any condition.
• It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911. Don't delay care to check coverage or to use Adugu.
• It is not an insurer, plan administrator or claims processor, and it does not decide coverage, eligibility or payment.
• It is not a substitute for your plan's official documents, your insurer, your plan administrator or your university.
• It does not verify your enrollment, your balances, your claims or whether a provider is in your network.
• It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university, insurer or healthcare provider.

Plan information and examples

Adugu currently has reviewed information for one plan: GSU SHIP 2026–2027. Other plans aren't supported. If you have a different plan, anything Adugu shows about GSU SHIP 2026–2027 is an example and does not describe your coverage.

Reviewed information can still be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and some plan rules are marked as unconfirmed. Cost figures are educational estimates from example or hypothetical inputs. They are not bills, quotes or promises of what you will pay. Example claims are fictional. Before you make a decision, confirm the details with your plan's official documents or your insurer.

Ask and AI

Ask may use OpenAI to interpret your question, and its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check the sources shown with an answer. Don't enter names, member IDs, contact details, real claim documents or medical histories. See Privacy & AI use.

Your account

You sign in with your email address, so keep access to your inbox secure. Use your own account and don't share sign-in links or codes. You can delete your account at any time from Account after signing in; Privacy & AI use explains what is deleted.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, disrupt or overload the service, automate sign-in requests, use Adugu to send unwanted email to other people, or use it for anything unlawful. Adugu may limit, suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.

Availability and changes

Adugu is in beta and is provided as is. It may change, be unavailable or be discontinued, and it may contain errors. Adugu may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Adugu after an update means you accept the updated terms.
